Our Refund and Exchange Policy

 

We stand behind our products and want you to not only be 100% satisfied with them, we want you to be “over the moon” happy, AND tell all your friends!. We’ll always do our best to take care of our awesome customers — our philosophy is to deal fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a “No Questions Asked” exchange. We offer free shipping on all orders and will pay for return shipping on any order over $50. For orders less than $50, you cover the return shipping cost, which is typically pretty negligible, and we will send your replacement at no cost to you when your return is received.

In addition, we offer 100% guarantee against defects in manufacturing and will replace or refund any item deemed to be damaged with 60 days of purchase. In the rare instance this happens, please contact us at diane@kerchiller.com for a return label to be issued.

Our products are quality made to last for years. Please remember to read your care instructions for your Kerchiller, as we want your product to lasts it’s designed lifetime, and not become damaged due to improper care. If this does happen, however, contact us for possible corrective steps. If we can’t help you get your Kerchiller back up and Kerchilling, we will offer a 20% discount on a replacement, because, well…..we all make mistakes sometimes.
